Buddy knows best

I first heard about Konecranes from an old Navy buddy who said what a great company Konecranes was and suggested that I join him in the company. That was back in 1998. I started as a service technician in Cleveland, Ohio and then moved on to Raleigh, North Carolina. My first job here in Jacksonville was as a lead inspector, after which I progressed from service supervisor to service manager and now branch manager. It’s been great.

After I completed my business studies in Florida, I returned to Brazil, where a local recruitment agency suggested I get in touch with Konecranes. Best Parts of the Job

I appreciate the opportunity to work with the various branches and the different types of customers they work with. One branch may mainly work with the mining industry, another automotive, and another with pulp and paper. It gives me a better overall understanding of the different concerns and priorities our various customer segments have.
