I’m a field trainer in the Service China East District. I train my colleagues so that they will have the knowledge and the skills to serve our customers better. The job involves lots of travel and I enjoy it. In the near future I will be joining a PLC system project and take part in the project commissioning planned for next year. I’m an HR and administration manager at our Konecranes country head office in Pinthong, Thailand. My responsibilities cover the full set of tasks relating to HR and administration, and also safety issues. I’m also responsible for heading my team. It’s especially satisfying when employees get in touch about training opportunities and want to see how the world is outside our local area. I love to take on challenges, and its great to see others do the same!

Overseeing service in the region

I first started at Konecranes as a project coordinator ten years ago.  Since then I’ve moved into positions of greater responsibility, first as a service supervisor and now as a service manager in our Singapore branch. I oversee crane service and am responsible for the profit & loss of our service operations in Singapore and selected areas in Indonesia.
